Terms of Service

1. Nature of the service
Xuanjian provides AI-assisted text readings based on the symbolic systems of Tarot and the I Ching for reflection and entertainment. Readings do not guarantee future events and are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18, or the legal age required to enter this agreement where you live. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and take responsibility for activity under your account.
3. Products and billing
Free access includes limited basic readings; Experience is a one-time purchase; Full access renews at the interval shown at checkout. Price, taxes, currency, billing interval, and renewal terms are confirmed on the Creem checkout page before payment.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Full access subscribers can manage payment methods or cancel through the Creem customer portal in their account. Cancellation stops future renewals; current access follows the date shown in the portal. Refunds for unused digital access may be requested within 7 days. Used credits and delivered subscription access are handled according to applicable law, order status, and actual usage.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, hate, violence, self-harm, privacy violations, or intellectual-property infringement. Do not bypass credits, payments, authentication, or security controls; scrape, resell, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service. Do not use a reading as the sole basis for emergency medical, major investment, legal, or personal-safety decisions.
6. Content and intellectual property
Xuanjian’s site design, brand, editorial structure, illustrations, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights to your questions and grant us the limited permission needed to process, save, and improve the service. Do not submit personal or confidential information you have no right to process.
7. AI output and responsibility
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for evaluating it and for actions you take. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xuanjian is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss caused by reliance on a reading.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, attacks on the service, or violations of these terms. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and handle undelivered paid access as required by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms for product, legal, or compliance reasons. Material changes will be posted on the website. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
