Accounts and payments
Clerk provides authentication and Creem processes payments. We do not store full card details. Refunds for delivered digital services follow applicable law and the posted policy.
Data
We store profile data, credit ledger, order status and reading history to provide cross-device access. You may request export or deletion of your account data.
Safety boundary
For self-harm, violence, urgent health risk or major financial decisions, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional. Do not rely on a reading.
